Settlement obtained on behalf of surviving children for injuries sustained by their father who was injured in a motor vehicle collision in which the other driver ran through a stop sign and totaled his vehicle. The other driver’s collision impact totaled the firm’s client’s vehicle, severely injuring our client. The collision medically contributed to the firm’s client passing, nearly a year after the motor vehicle collision. The firm litigated the matter through depositions and discovery, during which the firm’s client passed away. The firm continued to represent the family through the four children of the firm’s client, where we were able to achieve a successful settlement on behalf of the children.
