The firm obtained a settlement of $1,909,504.80 on behalf of a client who was injured in a collision caused by a motorist who failed to stop at a red light. As a result of the incident, the client sustained a rotator cuff tear which required a shoulder arthroscopy, labrum repair, debridement, subacromial decompression, acromioplasty, and distal clavicle excision, as well as cervical, lumbar, and SI joint injuries that required several epidural steroid injections. The client also had recommendations for invasive future medical care. The injured client’s wife brought a loss of consortium claim.
