Recovered over $15,000,000.00 for various small businesses and individuals in the class action filed against British Petroleum related to the Deepwater Horizon disaster. Our attorneys handled various claims on behalf of individuals and small businesses in the settlement claims process, as well as lawsuits in the Eastern District of Louisiana and the Federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. A large part of this work involved working with forensic CPA’s to accurately calculated business income losses for various companies whose operations were detrimentally affected by the oil spill.
